Yes, we do. We are a Qualified Invoice Issuer, and the required information will be included on all estimates and invoices.
- What areas do you serve?

We are available nationwide in Japan, as well as for international projects. While we do not charge a travel fee,
transportation and accommodation costs (such as Shinkansen, flights,
highway tolls, rental cars, and hotel stays) will be billed at actual cost. - What types of photography do you offer?

For photography, we cover interview photography, event photography, studio shoots,
corporate website and brochure photography, as well as internal newsletters and institutional publications.For videography, we produce interview videos (including dialogues), event coverage, ENG-style shooting, and live streaming operations.
We also provide related services associated with the above, so please feel free to contact us to discuss your project. - How much retouching is included?

We deliver all photos after basic RAW development, which includes brightness and color correction.
Requests such as removing power lines, adjusting skin tone, or removing moles are possible,
but these edits are limited to the selected final images.
Up to four or five images can be retouched at no additional cost. For larger quantities, an additional fee may apply. - Can I request both photography and videography together?

Yes. We provide one‑stop support for both photography and videography,
so please feel free to contact us.
We work with professional photographers and videographers, and will arrange the most suitable crew for your project.Please note:
For standard projects, the typical crew consists of one photographer and one videographer, although staffing may vary depending on the scale and budget.
For ENG‑style coverage, the standard team is one camera operator and one audio engineer. - How much time is required for setup?

The setup time varies depending on the type of shoot, as outlined below:
- Interview or on‑site photography: approximately 10 minutes
- Portraits with backdrop: approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Interview video (including dialogues) with two cameras and two lavalier microphones: approximately 1 hour
- Event videography: If there is no rehearsal, we require about 1 hour to check lighting, audio lines, and camera positions. For live streaming, please allow approximately 2 hours, including network connection checks.
- What is the turnaround time?

Our standard delivery time is approximately one week from the shoot date.
However, we often deliver within two to three days as well.
If you are on a tight schedule, please let us know when you make your inquiry, as the delivery time may vary depending on our shooting schedule. - How will the files be delivered?

We typically deliver files via Datadeliver or GigaFile.
If your company has a preferred storage folder (such as Box or Google Drive),
please share the upload URL and we will deliver the data there instead. - Q. What are the payment terms?

We issue a PDF invoice at the end of the month in which the shoot takes place.
Please make the payment by the end of the following month via bank transfer to the designated account.
- Are there any additional costs besides the shooting fee?

Transportation to the location (and hotel accommodation if required) will be billed at actual cost. We do not charge for assistants,
cables, vehicle fees, or similar items, so please rest assured.Please note:
If special equipment is required—such as shooting platforms or additional camera units beyond what we own—rental fees will be charged separately.
Consumption tax will be added separately. - Can I place a tentative hold on the schedule?

Yes, that is possible. If internal approval or competitive estimates require time,
we can hold the date for two to three days. However, we kindly ask that you provide a definite response regarding whether the shoot will proceed,
be postponed, or be cancelled. - How many rounds of revisions are included for video editing?

Up to three rounds of revisions are included in the shooting fee.
From the fourth round onward, an additional charge of 10,000 JPY (tax excluded) will apply per round.
