Hello, This is Nagasaka from PalmTrees.
We were in charge of recording the 2nd Regular Forum hosted by the Sports Tech Academic Organization,
and I’d like to share a look at the filming setup for this event.
Note: I forgot to take photos specifically for the article this time, so these are images our staff captured during the shoot.

For this project, we placed one operated camera on the stage-left side.

From the center position, we set up two cameras:
one wide-angle fixed shot and one operated long shot.
We also recorded an additional ambient microphone separately from the line audio as a precaution.

On the stage-right side, we placed one fixed wide camera. A recorder was installed beneath the camera to capture the line audio.
In total, we recorded with four cameras.
During editing, the presentation slides became the main focus, so the stage-right wide shot was ultimately not used.
However, we sometimes run an extra camera as a “safety shot,” which allows us to respond to unexpected equipment issues
(even though such cases are rare).
Since PalmTrees can handle both video and still photography in-house, we also took the group photo after the forum.
If you are looking for a production team for event recording, lecture recording,
or still photography, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you very much for reading. See you again soon.
